Terms and Conditions
All equipment supplied by TDOGZ.CO.UK should be regularly checked for signs of wear or damage.
Damaged items should not be used as there is a risk that it will affect their function.
TDOGZ.CO.UK will not be held liable for any claims for loss or injury arising from the use or misuse of our items that they supply irrespective of how they occur.
Cancellation and Returns
Your rights to return items are protected under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014. If, for any reason you are not happy with the item you may cancel your order and return the item to us within 14 days from the date that you received the item, unused in its original packaging. It will be your responsibility to ensure that you have the correct insured postage cover and ‘proof of return’ when returning the item to us. All postage costs will be no refundable. Refunds will be issued by the same method that payment was secured within three working days of receipt of the returned item. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. If you decide to cancel this contract prior to the despatch of your order, we will reimburse all of the payments received.
If the goods are found to be faulty within 30 days of purchase, we will refund the postage costs for you to return the item to us for inspection. TDOGZ.CO.UK will in the first instance seek to, repair any item if it has failed due to manufacturing faults, and will replace any item only if it is deemed as unrepairable by ourselves. If the customer declines a repair or replacement of a faulty item the full purchase cost including the cost of delivery will be reimbursed. We will endeavour to despatch your order within 3 days of payment receipt. We use Royal Mail Signed for 2nd Class.
This service provides proof of delivery including a signature from the receiver with delivery aimed at being two three working days including Saturdays. Delivery is track able via www.royalmail.com/track-your-item using your unique item code and has a compensation value of up to £50.
All TDOGZ.CO.UK money transactions take place between the customer and our payment gateway PayPal.
Credit card numbers are not entered onto the TDOGZ.CO.UK website.
